If you’ve been struggling lately with a lack of motivation and no forward movement in sight, it might be time for a mental shift.

Scott Hansen wrote 5 “mindset secrets” we just had to share with you today.

  1. “Get crystal clear on what you want.” Sometimes simply knowing exactly what you want is a good enough start. Really hash out what you want to achieve for your business or yourself. It helps to completely plan out your goals and the subgoals that will help you get there. Having a broad knowledge of what you want is know enough to shift your mindset into ‘manifestation mode.’ Think about all the various aspects of how it will feel once you achieve your goals and what your life will look like. It’s about setting positive intentions around your hopes and desires.
  2. “Write what you want into existence.” Write it all down. Easy as that. It might seem kind of silly to sit down and just write everything you want down on a piece of paper. It will help you out immensely. Setting your intentions is one thing, but writing it down gives it more power. When you look at your list every day, you’re ingraining your goals into your system. It solidifies your intentions. Your unconscious mind will absorb all of the words and process it on a deeper level. Remember to always come from a place of gratefulness and not greed. For example, you might want to phrase one of your goals as such: “I am grateful for receiving a promotion and a pay raise.” You are positive in your affirmation intention and not greedy in your wording.
  3. “Quite worrying about the ‘how.’” Anyone who is aware of the power of manifestation will tell you that this step is the most important of them all. LET IT GO. Once you’ve set your intentions and written them down, you have to let it go. Don’t hang on to it and constantly fret about how these things are going to magically occur in your life. Try not to stress about every little detail. Just give it space to breathe. Focus on your end result, not the minute details of planning everything to a perfect dotted ‘i’ and crossed ‘t.’
  4. “Create a massive emotional connection.” This one is pretty necessary as well. You’re not going to manifest any of your goals if you don’t have a emotional connection to it. You have to really want it. Tap into your emotional center in order to focus on achieving what you want. Again, remember to feel grateful and not greedy. Staying humble in manifestation is a key part of the process.
  5. “Obsess over it daily.” Okay, so you’ve thought up your goals, you’ve written down your intentions, you’ve let go of the how, and you’ve created a particularly intense desire to achieve it. Now, you need to think about your daily desires. Each day, think about your end goals. Basically, you’re taking your emotional connection to a whole new level. Think about it over and over again. Literally just dream it into being… then work your ass off to achieve it.

It might seem kind of hokey, but trust us, this stuff works. Changing your mindset can do wonders when it comes to achieving your goals. It really does help shift your focus to a more productive mental mode.
