Hello there, Marketers! We want to take today and this blog to discuss something every business wants to know or utilize. And that something is growth strategies.
Let’s get right into it, shall we? It would be easy to chase every shiny new bobble, but what’s the point in that? Why not focus in on what’s important? We came across three great strategies that we wanted to share with you today.
- “Marketing assets trump marketing tricks.” Gimmicks and tricks only get you so far. Obviously, we believe that testing new things is a great idea, but you really shouldn’t stop a successful campaign and divest funds into something untested. We’re all for testing new and exciting strategies, but allocate budget for that and continue you running your campaign.
- “Retention is king.” So often, we focus on trying to amass new clientele, but we lose sight of retention. Keeping existing customers satisfied should be top of mind. That’s how you get recurring and profitable business. Leveraging your time and efforts in favor of keeping your current customers engaged will do wonders for you.
- “A process for everything.” Every company, no matter the size, needs to have a system in place. Processes get things done efficiently. In order to grow, you need to have a system that works for you. Once you have that, you need to give it time to work– and it doesn’t happen overnight. Then, you need to make tweaks and improve as you go. The idea is to keep things running smoothly as you grow.
So, making growth happen ultimately boils down to just a few things. Letting go of the need to grasp every shiny new trend, decreasing customer churn, and creating the right systems to keep it all running.
